Refund Policy



At, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Items (including gifts) may be returned for any reason within 14 days of the date of receipt of your shipment. A refund excluding any shipping charges will be issued once the merchandise is received. If the return is a result of our error, we will also refund the shipping charges.


Please read below for refund method.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Return Policy for Uniforms and Hakama: All items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged and unwashed (pleat retaining stitches on the hakama must be intact).

Return Policy for Weapons: All Bokken and Jo must still be in their original plastic wrap.

Return Policy for other items: Any item in new condition with original packaging may be returned.

Return Policy for Monogrammed/Personalized items: Due to their custom nature, all items that have been monogrammed or personalized may not be returned or exchanged.


You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item(s) purchased. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same method of payment as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, we will credit your account once we receive the product. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Please read all conditions carefully. If conditions are not met, reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
